Hi!

I know we’re in the midst of a pandemic, but this is ridiculous! TurboTax E-filed my 2019 taxes and they were accepted on 4/23/2020. I received both my state refunds long ago. I’m still waiting on my Federal....

TurboTax was supposed to take the money charged for helping with my taxes out of my Federal refund but ended up charging my checking account instead! I’m disabled and struggling financially during this pandemic...

The online tool states that my refund is still processing. I haven’t gotten anything in the mail from the IRS regarding an issue with the return. There’s nobody to speak with...
I can’t be the only one having this issue! What do I do???

There really is not much you can do beyond contacting the IRS directly (see link below).

Where is my fed returned my federal tax was done long ago on2/12 why have I not received my federal income tax. Turbo tax was to charge they're fee. So was is my federal refund at.
