Do you mean Turbo Visa Card? If so, when did your return get accepted?

It usually takes 5 to 10 business days for the Visa card to come. However, if you believe you should have received your card by now, please visit TurboPrepaidCard.com or call us toll-free at 1-888- 285-4169 to inquire when your card was shipped.
