The RIS doesn't show my status except that I need to make sure it's been accepted.

The only reliable date is the date on the IRS tracking web site: https://www.irs.gov/refunds

The only date TurboTax provides is a date 21 days after your return is accepted which is just an estimate based on the fact that the IRS says most filers get their refunds in 21 days. TurboTax gets not information about the actual status of refunds.
