Where is my tax refund for last year? I was told it would be deposit in my bank account by March 21, 2022.

I am a retired government employee.   I was told that you completed my taxes for the last tax yeae and my refund will be deposited by  February 21, 2022.  Please tell what I need to do to receive my refund.
I misspoke about the date you gave me for deposit inti my account, it was Feb. 21.
Please I am in need of the refund.  
I have received a second notice from the Federal Government about my 2019 taxes.  Please help.

Told by whom?  Only the IRS controls the date that your refund will be made, not TT.  Perhaps the IRS used it to offset the 2019 taxes due, so call them.
