TurboTax is doing everything to work closely with the IRS to get the stimulus payments out to everyone eligible.
"If you are eligible for a stimulus payment and have yet to receive a deposit, please check IRS.gov for questions or more information. You may be receiving a paper check or debit card in the mail directly from the IRS, even if you previously received a direct deposit. Or, you may need to claim your stimulus payment on your 2020 Tax return using the Rebate Recovery Credit as directed by the IRS."
You can check the status of your direct deposit through the Turbo Card website or on the app. You will also be able to request a password reset if needed.
You will need to have your card number, ss number, and CVV number to reset your password. Click forgot password for the Password Reset.
