Where is my remaining federal tax refund? I only received a portion from TPG Products SBTPG LLC.

I received $2,918.34 via direct deposit on 4/13/22 from TPG Products SBTPG LLC.  My federal tax refund is $5,426.  Where is the remaining $2,507.74? My family did not receive the 3rd stimulus check. We did not input 0 in Turbo Tax when asked the amount received from stimulus checks.  Can someone please explain/investigate? This is a significant amount of money to be missing and I have not received any correspondence from the IRS, Turbo Tax, or TPG regarding the discrepancy.

IRS and the states process returns and issue refunds.  TurboTax is not involved in the process once the return has been accepted by the IRS.  Privacy Laws prohibit the IRS from sharing information to anyone but the client. 

 All refund inquiries should be addressed to the IRS as all adjustments are made by the IRS.

You will receive notice of adjustments from the IRS within a few days.  This notice will provide contact information and allow you to challenge the adjustment, if necessary.
