Where are you seeing that.?  What is the "it?"  The IRS "Where's My Return" tool does not use the term "accepted."   Or did you mean to say "approved" instead?    What exactly is the message showing at the IRS tool:

The IRS WMR tool normally progresses through 3 stages:

• Return received
• Refund approved
• Refund sent and an expected deposit date

If you paid $35 for the "Up to 5 days early" refund offer, then if the refund doesn't come at least 1 day earlier than if it had been sent to you directly from the IRS, then TurboTax says they will not charge the fee.
