WHERE IS MY REFUND

THIS IS THE 1ST N LAST TIME I USE TURBOTAX TO FILE MY TAXES I HAVE NEVER NOT IN 30 YEARS HAD TO STRESS N WORRY ABOUT IF I WILL GET MY REFUND ON THE DAY THE IRS SAID I WOULD I SURE WISH I WOULD HAVE READ REVIEWS BEFORE USING TT THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I DON'T HAVE A QUESTION I JUST WANTED TO SAY THAT MY REFUND NEEDS TO SHOW UP BEFORE END OF DAY

If you saw a date for your refund on the IRS refund site, did you also read on that site that the IRS tells you to allow up to five days for the refund to post to your account?

In the 30 years of me filing taxes my refund has came on the day the IRS said it would not a day late ever. This tax season has left a bad taste in my mouth. Something told me not to use TurboTax smh

Part of the problem is that the IRS has greatly reduced the people working there this year.  Retirees are not being replaced. Many federal employees are taking buyouts.  Normally seasonal employees would be hired, but this year that did not happen.

They are receiving millions of returns and working with fewer employees,  The delays are due to the IRS leaving returns in pending status  for days now when they used to accept them within hours or minutes.

TurboTax is most affected because it has so many more users than other tax preparation software.

Once you file your taxes and its accepted by the IRS, its out of Turbo Tax's hands.

You might be disappointed if you went to another tax software and found the same problem.

I'm  not saying TT is perfect, but its not their fault for a delayed IRS refund
