where is my refund?

• i filed my taxes 03/13. it was accepted by irs 03/17. the irs.gov website (where's my payment) says "still being processed" i also used my prepaid turbo tax bank account for my stimulus check & it was due to be mailed on 04/24.. but why is it being mailed if i have my direct deposit info on file & why have i not received my paper check yet either?

Turbo Tax isn’t going to answer you, the irs is behind on sending refunds and they not Turbo tax know when they will be sent out, Turbo Tax has been witholding information regarding refunds, They just emailed me that they will charge my card 110 dollars because the irs hasn’t issued my refund , when they kno the irs isn’t issuing them now and they will probably charge everyone instead of taking payment out of refund, because they only care about getting their cut, even with everything that’s been going on ..very bad business and I’ve been using them for over 5 years
