Turbo tax is posting “it looks like you haven’t filed yet” on my user page

Did you go all the way through the File tab and hit the Submit button?  Or do you have more than one TT account, and are in the wrong one?

Assuming you did file and were Accepted, understand that TT refund dates are just estimates, based on the usual IRS goal of 21 days.  But it is taking longer this year, due to all the extra stimulus filings and a remaining backlog in processing 2019 returns left over from the COVID shutdown.  In addition, IRS Where's My Refund site has been erratic and unreliable.

However, if TT told you your return was Accepted, then the IRS has it for processing.  Once that happens, TT receives no further updates, and the IRS has been imploring taxpayers not to call.  So please continue to be patients, as lots of folks are waiting.   Also see:
