Where is 2017 & 2018 refund

I did not get refund for 2017 nor 2018. Direct deposit shows "0" received from IRS refund. You have the amount. Taxes calculated each year by your company. IRS does not demonstrate any offset. Was I suppose to access my refund by downloading from your site? If so wad not informed to do so. Please help ASAP.

Did the IRS actually send the refunds?  Were you having the fees deducted from your refund?

Where does Direct Deposit show zero?  Does your tax returns show you have a refund on 2018 1040 line 20a and 2017 line 76a?  Maybe you put down to apply it to the next year as an estimated payment?

And did the IRS get your returns?  When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc.  what does it say? If it says Ready to Mail that means you are suppose to print and mail your return to the IRS.

@BadMan54   Do you mean your tax return or the actual refund from the IRS or state?

That's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used

If you used the Desktop CD/Download program then the only copy is on your computer and not saved or stored online.
