Where in the world is my refund!

I have only received a partial refund of my tax return and it came from a 3rd party financial institution. I am curious if I will see the remaining amount. If there is anyone that is currently seeking legal assistance on filing a suit for the fraudulent activity made by Turbo Tax and the bank they used to distribute funds, please contact me.
