You don't.  Any increase in salary will be included in the W-2 that you receive from your employer.

There is no place on your tax return to enter that you got a raise.   You just enter the W-2(s) for your income in 2022.  Make sure you enter every W-2 for every employer you had in 2022 on the same tax return.
