Where do I mail my 1040x

I completed my 1040x amended form however I'm confused as to where i need to mail the form and the check (as I owe money). Turbotax instructs me to send the forms and payment to Fresno, California. However, on the next page it instructs me to send the payment to Cincinnati, Ohio (As I live in Wisconsin). Where do I need to send everything??

Send the check to Fresno, with your 1040X. From the instructions for form 1040X:

If you owe tax and you don’t want to pay electronically,
enclose (don’t attach) your check or money order in the
envelope with your amended return. (page 18)
