If you did receive them, they do not appear anywhere on your tax return, as they are not taxable.
If you didn't (and you qualify), you get a Recovery Rebate Credit on line 30.
If you received the full amount of the first and second stimulus, it would not show on your 1040. Stimulus payments are not considered income and are not taxable.
You would only have an amount in Line 30 of your 1040 if you were receiving the Recovery Rebate Credit. This credit is for taxpayers who did not get the full amount of the stimulus payments and are qualified to receive a greater stimulus payment based on their 2020 tax return.
