Where’d my refund go

So I made the mistake of routing my refund to my fiancée’s account so of course it was rejected. My status still says it should arrive in her bank? Do they send a paper check or what should I do?

Yes.  If the bank rejects the deposit the IRS will mail a check to the address on your return.

And is there anyway to track to make sure they are sending it?

No it will not be mailed with tracking.   Your check will be mailed by regular first class mail.   Expect it to take at least three extra weeks (or more) and be pleasantly surprised if it takes less.
