where can i access form 7004

I need to access my Form 7004 when I filed an extension last month through turbotax. I can't find the form online.

It depends. How did you file the extension request for your business? If you used TurboTax Business, Form 7004 is included in the forms in your return. 

1. Open your return and click the Forms icon in the TurboTax header. 
2. In the list of Forms in My Return on the left, find Form 7004.
3. Click on the form name to open it in the large window. 
4. Click the print button below the open form to print the form or save it as a PDF.
5. Click Step-by-Step in the header to return to the main screens.

If you used the Easy Extension website, you'll need to log into that website to access Form 7004.
