Where and how do i track my refund?

Once your tax return has been accepted, you can check the status of your refund by using the IRS Where’s My Refund? tool (fastest option) or call the IRS at 800-829-1954. Once they have processed your return the date that your return will be deposited into your account or mailed will be shown there on the Where's My Refund tool.

Go to "Where's my refund", then click on Check my refund status, then you're going to be asked to enter your social security number, & zip code, then submit. You'll then receive updated information as to your e-file status. I hope this helps!!

There is also a "Where's my refund" IRS app for your phone. I use that and it is up to date.
