I received an email about TurboTax service and if they don't recieve their payment they will take it out of my bank account. I have not recieved my federal income yet.

When you agreed to deduct the fees from your refund, you agreed to the Refund Processing agreement. If your refund was reduced or your refund was delayed, you TurboTax.
