When will TurboTax send return

When will my return be sent by TurboTax to the irs if I filed my 2021 taxes before January 24th

Your return has been sitting in a holding "pool" (with a few million others)  waiting for the IRS to come and drain it ... due to the "depth" of the pool it can take a couple of days to drain.  When they get to your return you will get an email from TT letting you know if it was accepted or rejected.

Right,  TT does not "send" your tax returns. Rather, the IRS comes and gets them.
