When will the option be available to pay with my refund be available when I efile2019?

The Refund Processing Service is an option to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from the federal tax refund.  The service charge for this option is $39.99

It will be available after all the forms and schedules included in your tax return have been finalized and then available to be filed.  Click on the Review tab to see the list and the estimated dates when available.
