If you are referring to Form 8915B, Qualified Hurricane Retirement Plan Distributions & Repayments, then the print version of this form is now available in TurboTax. You will need to print and mail in your tax return as the IRS has not released the e-file version of the form. The e-file version should be available from the IRS sometime in April. However, the exact date is unknown at this time.

Form 8915B generates an exception to the early distribution 10% penalty if you removed funds from a qualified retirement plan because you were affected by a natural disaster.
