When will the 2026 Amend option be available?

I have completed the initial filing in hard copy but have received an additional document that must be included. The Amend section of tax software states that "Thais section will be ready soon. When is it expected to be ready?

The 1040X to amend your 2025 tax return will be available in late February. Do not try to change your return in any way now.
