When will my return be accepted

I filed back on 1/22/2020 and I have checked my return status and it still says it is processing even through Turbo Tax says its been accepted. It also say for me to refer to tax topic 152. what does that mean? should I be worried? Ive tried calling their 800 number but its all automated and no one live to help me.

It simply means that your e-filed return is being processed and that the government hasn't approved or rejected it yet.  Sometimes return status does not update for several days or even longer.

How long should I give it?? It’s been about 2 weeks and no change when should I start worrying? When should I start investing what’s taking so long? It’s never taken this long before
