When will I receive my return after they’ve been processed

it takes 16 weeks or longer to process an amended return. after finishing processing, the payment would be issued. Generally, by check sent to the address on the return

So will it take 16 weeks in total or after when the irs has processed my amended return

Do not expect quick results from amending. It can take four months or more for the IRS to process an amended return.
