When will i get of process status??

Just curious , I filed jan 28th, and I'm still in process status.  Why is this still the case? I did came the the earn income credit,  but why is it they are sending refunds to the same people who file the same credits, and filed February, are Getting refunds this week??? How does that work?

Processing simply means that the IRS is working on your return, it is the stage after accepted and before being approved.   Here is more information on what's happening with your return

There is no set amount of time for this process to occur and the IRS does not update TurboTax on what is happening during this time period.  

While most refunds are issued within 21 days, sometimes there can be delays. Also, the IRS does not work on a first in/first out basis.   Therefore, you can not judge when you'll get your return based on when someone else got theirs.

Actually no , it can also mean they will be sending a letter to you regarding 12c form. So I would call and ask if your return is stuck in processing without any update. I was told today a letter was sent to me on the 18th and its 26th no letter.
