When will I get my turbo card in the mail? I ordered it about 2 weeks ago and still never got it

When will I get my turbo card? I ordered it 2 weeks ago and still didn't get it. My return got rejected so I'm not sure if that's why but I just refiled and they got accepted so I'm not sure if that had to do with it but I also need my address changed for it to get sent to
