When will federal be accepted if have eitc?

The return should be accepted for processing anytime after today however the processing of those returns will not start until after 2/22 and those refunds are not expected to be released until late Feb at the earliest...patience will be needed.

I filed and it was accepted January 23rd I received my state taxes but not my federal they have sent me two 1040 letters saying the need time more time to review
