When we filed our return we didn't put the 1095-b information in, once we did it went from 4000+ to owing 4500+ Anyone know why it went from a return to owing so much?

You don't need to enter a 1095B or C.  Do you mean a 1095A? Or a 1099B for investment sales?

You only need to enter a 1095-A. You entered this form to generate form 8962 to claim the health care premium tax credit.
