When you enter your information, make sure for the refund amount you are entering the refund amount without any fees. Also, please see this Help Article, which goes over why the IRS site Where's My Return may not show any information for you.

I Cant track my refund because my information doesn't match with their record. I am sure my information is correct. after about 2 months i couldn't get my refund?
