When is fast money or advance on a tax returns start?

If TurboTax offers a 2024 refund advance it would not start until after January 1, 2025,  If the advance is offered to you on your 2024 federal tax refund, the advance would not be paid until the IRS accepts your e-filed federal tax return, but the IRS will probably not be accepting 2024 tax returns until late January 2025.  You would also need to have your federal tax refund direct deposited into a bank account.
