When I hit file by mail, it just keeps going around in a circle and doesn't give me the info to print out. How do I get around this?

To print and file by mail

Once you pay for Turbotax preparation software you can view and print your return to file and/or for your records:

    Select My Account

    Print Center

    Choose Print ,save or preview this years return

    Save as a PDF

   Locate and open your PDF

   Print

Instructions and addresses to mail your returns will appear at the beginning of each return.
