When I filed my return it was rejected, I lost the turbo card sent to me . I fixed errors and refiled return selected TT card but haven't recieved it

I would first suggest checking the IRS Where's My Refund page to confirm the status of your refund.  If the status shows your refund has been processed, and you still don't have your card, contact customer service for the Turbo Prepaid Card.  The contact number is listed in the TurboTax FAQ below:  https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/6419975
