The date the IRS debits your account in wholly up to the IRS.  Since you paid the taxes owed on time there is nothing to worry about.

I haven’t paid anything yet; that’s the issue—it was supposed to happen yesterday but hasn’t.

Your taxes were paid based on the date you selected for them to be paid, regardless of the date the IRS actually debits your account.

When I filed, I requested my payments be taken from my bank yesterday. That hasn’t happened. What can I do?

Yesterday was Saturday. The IRS/State do not pull payments on weekends or holidays.
