When can we file - i called the ire and they have no delays as why would i have an ongoing one for 3 weeks?

When can we file as the ire is not backed up to hold a return for a1 question for 3 weeks?

You may file now. The IRS began accepting returns on 1/29. Once you submit your return, you will receive an email stating your return has been accepted or rejected usually within 24-48 hours.

Depending on your choice of receiving your refund, you should receive your refund as listed below:

·         Direct Deposit refunds take 21 days.

·         Refunds by check 4-6 weeks

·         Net Spend Card or Other card 3-4 weeks
