What should I do when Turbo Tax said my NYS return was accepted on 3/4/2024 but as of today, 5/31/2024, the NYS refund status online site said they do not have my record?

I e-filed both Federal and NYS returns and both were accepted on 3/4/2024 according to TurboTax.  I expect no refund from Federal but do have refund from NYS.  The NYS Refund Status Online shows no record of my filing as of 5/31/2024.

Are you certain your state return was e-filed successfully and accepted?   Or was only your federal return accepted?

When you e-file your federal return you will receive two emails from TurboTax.  The first one will say that your return was submitted.  The second email will tell you if your federal return was accepted or rejected.  If you e-filed a state return, there will be a third email to tell you if the state accepted or rejected your state return.
