What's taking my refund so long? I have code 1541 on IRS site.

No update for me. Haven’t called an advocate figured I’ll just wait it out. Status is received and being processed!

I got my 60 day notice today.... all BS if you ask me. I e been calling the advocate all day and left message no return call for me yet but hay Friday she called at 8:30 at night so will see

So the advocate called me I’m missing a w2 from my employer she asked me to fax her the missing info ASAP. And she will get the funds released. She was super nice but she did say it could take up to 3 weeks to Receive the funds but at least it’s better than not knowing what going on

No updates for me today. I called again the IRS line to see whats up with my money and they still saying I have to wait

Ok so I my tax advocate called me this morning after I called this morning and left a message for someone to call me. Within 10 mins I had a call from a TA. She said all I was missing was a w2 from an employer and all I had to do was have them send in a letter stating I was employed with them and what my wages and federal income withheld was. And I should be getting my money in 2 to 3 weeks
