What must I do to get new IRS refund checks mailed out to me?

I received a tax refund from the IRS for Federal, NY and NJ State taxes (last year). Those checks expired. How can I get new checks reissued to me?

If your NY refund check is lost, stolen, or destroyed, contact the Personal Income Tax Information Center at 518-457-5181. You will need a copy of your most recently filed tax return when you call.
