The quickest way would be to get one online. Go to the Get Transcript website, choose Get Transcript Online, and follow the directions (if you don't already have an account, you'll need to set one up). There is an option to download your transcript if you meet certain criteria.

You can also go in person to your local IRS tax office. You can find out of one is in your area here: http://www.irs.gov/uac/Contact-Your-Local-IRS-Office-1 Click the Taxpayer Assistance Center Locator button, put in your zip code and click search.
