When you print your return for filing by mail, the address will be on the instruction sheet.  But efile if you can, since paper returns can take 6 months to process.

    There is no one address. It depends on your state, what type of form you are submitting and whether or not you owe. https://www.irs.gov/filing/where-to-file-paper-tax-returns-with-or-without-a-payment
