I started TT online and switched to Desktop version. After I e-filed I realized that TT cover letter says (Electronic Filing Instructions for your 2022 Federal return)
Applicable fees were deducted from your Refund | original refund amount of $1,025.00. Your refund is now $1,000.00.
Because you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund, you will receive e-mail from Green Dot Bank, which handles this transaction.
I carefully work with TT step by step to file. I totally don't recognize TT mentioned such as Applicable fees neither I chose a fees deducted from my refund.
I chose to e-file my State Tax Return at the same time and I chose the state filing fees of $25 paid with my credit card.
I totally have no idea about this happens.

Did your credit card get charged? I assume you went through the pay screens and entered your credit card number. If it is being deducted from your refund there is an Extra $40 Refund Processing Service charge (45 in California).
DoninGA, Thank you for contact information I have tried to contact turbo tax a few times but was not be able to talk them yet.
VolvoGirl, Yes, I entered my credit card but it's only for paying CA state filing fee which is $25.
