What information needs to be filled for Form IL-1040X Federal change Y/N boxes must be entered. I am amending my return.

I have previously filed both federal and state taxes and are both accepted. I am amending my tax as I have received an additional K1 form which does not change any refund or due amount. At the end, I am being asked - Form IL-1040X Federal change Y/N boxes must be entered. 

How to answer this question ?

You will select Yes to reflect that you are amending your federal return as well.

You will indicate that your return is being amended to add a Schedule K-1 not reported on return as originally filed.
