What if your copy of the income tax to print off is incorrect

If you haven't filed the return, you can walk back through the sections that are incorrect to review your entries and make changes as needed before filing.

If you have already filed your return and the entries are not correct, you can amend the return to make changes once the original return has either been accepted or rejected.

• If the return is accepted, you will have to amend your return before you can make changes. You will then have to print and mail the amended return to the IRS (amended returns cannot be e-filed). 

• If the return is rejected, you can then go back and make any changes and corrections that are needed and then re-file the return.
