I need to amend my 2016 taxes because i didnt put my 1098-T on there the free turbo tax wont let me do it online so ii want to print whatever forms i need so i can mail it in.

You cannot amend your prior year tax return and complete Form 1040, with TurboTax Online. Instead, you must use TurboTax CD/Download or you can print the form from the IRS here:
