Box 14 can be anything the employer wants to enter ... ask the employer what it is.
CA SDI is california state disability insurance. it is treated as a state income tax so if you itemize it will be included with state income taxes on schedule A
ask your employer what the BX code is - it's not standard.
@pptal It depends. Paid Family Leave is not normally reported on a W2 but on a 1099G by the insurer. Sometimes PFL may be reported in Box 14 of your W2 and if it is, it should be labeled PFL.
According to this California State Gov site, CASDI is premium paid by payroll deduction for participating in the California State Disability insurance. I can't read the first entry made in Box 14 so as Critter-3 suggests, you may wish to ask your employer what that is. i am also not aware what BX means.
