Turbo Tax is supposed to make sure everything is correct.  I even spoke to a live agent through the process.  Nothing I received nothing

Turbotax totally sucked this year. I didnt get my first turbo card nor could I get anyone on the phone. My state tax money was deposited and I have no way to withdraw  to this point. So much other stuff but ILL NEVER USE TURBOTAX AGAIN

I still have not received  a refund and I got the letter about topic 152 back in February  and april 19th was 60 days. I cant get through to anyone at irs. Can anyone tell me anything

The IRS has very limited operations at the moment, with many departments closed.  Many others are like you waiting - I know it's super frustrating!  We do not yet know when the IRS will resume normal operations.

Mine says 152 as well.  It has been over a month since I filed.  All of these posts say to call the irs.  YOU CANT CALL THE IRS!!  They are closed down.  I am still not sure exactly what the 152 message means.   Can any one explain.   Thanks

No they are not open.  So frustrating.
