Pending simply means that your e-filed return is on its way and that the government hasn't accepted or rejected it yet.

You will have to wait for the IRS to start accepting or rejecting 2020 tax returns on February 12, 2021

assuming the IRS finds no issues with your return, and it takes what it says is the standard 21 days to process your refund,  look for it around 3/8/2021

Once the tax return has been filed the tax refund advance is no longer available.
