What do l have to do if l had troubles with the direct deposit?

What type of "trouble" are you experiencing?

I tracked the refund and it shows they were unable to complete the direct deposit so they sent it to the address but I don't live there anymore, do you know if I can verify the account number for the direct deposit?

If your refund was sent to a bank account under someone else’s name, or you entered the wrong account or wrong routing number, your refund will be rejected by the bank and will be returned to the IRS.  You will eventually receive a paper check from the IRS, mailed to the address you entered on your return.
