If the primary taxpayer on your tax return isn't the account holder on your Credit Karma account, Credit Karma may not be able to process your advance.
The primary taxpayer is the one listed first on your tax return. For Credit Karma purposes, the account holder needs to be the primary taxpayer on your return.
Check to see if the primary taxpayer on your tax return is the same person whose name the Credit Karma account is in. To do this in TurboTax Online:
If the primary taxpayer isn't the account holder, you can update the information on that screen to switch the order of you and your spouse.
