What do I do when I try t apply the advance loan but it says they couldnt verify my information?

It says we have a problem verifying your personal information. The credit karma member must be the same person as the primary taxpayer applying for refund advance.

If the primary taxpayer on your tax return isn't the account holder on your Credit Karma account, Credit Karma may not be able to process your advance.

The primary taxpayer is the one listed first on your tax return.  For Credit Karma purposes, the account holder needs to be the primary taxpayer on your return.

Check to see if the primary taxpayer on your tax return is the same person whose name the Credit Karma account is in.  To do this in TurboTax Online: 

1. Open TurboTax Online
2. Select Tax Home in the left pane
3. On the Hi, let's keep working on your taxes! screen, select the dropdown on the right side of the Personal Info box, then select Continue 
4. On the Personal info summary screen, the primary taxpayer will be the first person listed

 If the primary taxpayer isn't the account holder, you can update the information on that screen to switch the order of you and your spouse.
