What can I do if it won’t show me my refund status?

I received an email saying my refund got approved but when I go check my status it says the information i put in is not right what can I do?

Did the email from TT really say your refund was Accepted? That is not the same as Approved, which is a later step. The IRS WMR site has been cranky lately, so please check again tomorrow.

Also be sure you are entering just the amount of your Federal refund into WMR. Don't adjust it for state, not for any TT fees being deducted from it.

I received my refund back in February but I amended my return to add a dependent and it shows adjusted on IRS website. Does it get direct deposited or do I get a check?
